With Halo arriving online in 2001, when Halo Combat Evolved, it was easy to say that multiplayer was a great addition. While many, including myself, would agree Multiplayer is nessessary for a complete, and non-lanky Halo, it needs Multiplayer. Over at DenofGeek.us, they suggest that the feature is stopping creative growth.
Could Halo 5 somehow be affected by the GTA 5 Effect. A Ubisoft employee discussed the postitive impacts a good, and long developed game like Grand Theft Auto 5 is, has on the market. We’ve seen a few developers already pull out of their original planned release dates, just to fine tune the game. Finally, some relief, I was tired of the world where developers would spew crap out, and we would eat it up too.
UbiSoft Employee stated “So it generally has a positive impact on the games that come after because those guys want more now that they’ve experimented with a very good quality game,” he added. “So we can now expect a positive effect after the launch.”
